I grew up just outside Oxford and now spend my winters in Val d'Isere, France. I often spend peak holiday weeks teaching in Champoluc, Italy. I had a ski accident (January 2017) but have fully recovered now from my bilateral ACL reconstruction surgery and have a lot of knowledge on how to mentally come back from injury.

​

At school, I suffered from extreme yo-yo dieting, OCD, binge eating disorder, body dysmorphia and depression. Sport and fitness helped me overcome those feelings to remind myself of how to be happy and live my life well. Due to my food troubles and then my ski rehab, I like to explore the mental side to fitness and sports performance and how mindset can be crucial to making a change.

I am determined to help EVERYONE (from current athletes to those new to fitness and training!) be the best version of themselves they possibly can be.
